The Junior Historian, Volume 10, Number 1, September 1949

Texas Historian, the journal of the Junior Historians of Texas program, is one of the few historical journals in the nation dedicated to publishing the work of secondary students. In continuous publication since 1941, it has occurred in varying numbers of issues per volume and now appears in one annual volume with roughly the same number of quality articles. The Texas Historian, originally named the Junior Historian, has published the early works of numerous noted historians and authors as well as many who likely will be in the future. It is a great source for information on local topics.
